FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
How long will it take for my carpet to dry after cleaning?
Using our powerful and professional truck mount units, we will extract most of the water from your carpet leaving it damp to the touch. It will take about 3 hours to half a day to completely dry, depending on temperature and air flow to the area.
How long will the cleaning process take?
Depending on what you want cleaned it can take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours.
Will there be any surprise price changes after the cleaning?
No! Our technicians go to your home and leave your home with the same price you were quoted. Our pre-spray treatment is included in the price. The only way the price would go up is if an area is larger than explained over the phone, or if you would like to add on disinfectant and/or Teflon treatement.
CLEANING STEPS:
Step 1: Pre-Inspection
We walkthrough the job with you and inspect your carpet. We also give tips on how you can help your carpet last longer.
Step 2: Furniture Moving
Find out what furniture is recommended to be moved, what is included under the regular pricing structure and what stays in place. We do not move any electronics or extremely heavy objects.
Step 3: Pre-Conditioning Traffic Areas
A catalyst solution is applied that loosens the dirt and spots for more effective removal. This enzyme treatment is included in the price.

Step 4: Pre-Treat Spots
Some spots require special solutions and care for complete removal and to avoid setting the stain in the carpet.
Step 5: Extraction
Now that the dirt has been properly suspended, it can be extracted without over-wetting or leaving a sticky residue behind. We do this using steam spray and a vacuum wand that gets rid of excess water. The hardware used is very powerful.

Step 6: Specialty Spotting
Stubborn stains sometimes require special stain removal processes. Because many cleaners do not train themselves, they do not know how to properly remove tough stains like we can.
Step 7: Post Grooming
The pile of the carpet or upholstery is finished so that it dries and cures in the proper direction. Teflon can be applied and worked into the carpet. If any furniture was moved and the carpet underneath was cleaned we place special cards underneath the feet to prevent staining the wet carpet. This usually applies to wood furniture.

Step 8: Post Inspection
A thorough walk through will be done to insure that you are completely satisfied with your cleaning job.
